Hi, today Whaea Emma is still not here so I’m still in room 6 with the little kids. Today in writing I joined in with the little kids and we wrote our stories about the picture below. What I like about writing with little kids is that they can give you so many ideas and they love to talk to you.

My favorite part about writing with the little kids is how funny their stories were.

My least favorite part about writing with the little kids was sharing my story with them but I’m sure it gave them so many ideas. Anyway, that’s all for today see you next time.

Today was the last day of tech. Today I played on scratch and finished making my site and putting a background on to my patu and putting something in my patu. I put a galaxy background on mine and I put a moon into my patu. my green and red screen for my patu. I’m sure most of you know what a green screen is but a red screen is basically the same as a green screen.

My favorite part was playing on scratch.

My least favorite part was putting my background onto my patu and putting my moon in my patu. Anyway, that’s all for today see you later.

Today our class got split up into different classes because Whaea Emma went to Auckland because her sister was having a baby. I was in room 6 with Ashlyn, Daniel, and Jaxon. Whaea Emma put our timetable on our class and we just had to follow that.

My favorite part was drawing my kowhaiwhai patterns and free time at the end of the day. I copied the patterns like the photo but I didn’t trace them.

My least favorite part was doing my reading. Anyway, that’s all for today see you later.

Today we had Matua Zion and we finally played a different game. We played ultimate frisbee. Basically, you have two teams and two goal post and you have to get the frisbee to into your goal. If you have the frisbee you can’t move with it but you can pivot.

My favorite part was everything.

Today we had kapa haka in the third block. In week 9 it’s Te Wiki O Te Reo Maori. My class is doing 5 different activities on 5 different day’s and then on the last day our kapa haka group is performing for the school and then that’s the end of Te Wiki O Te Reo Maori. We went over the haka powhiri, waiata a ringa, waiata tira, and the haka.

My favorite part of kapa haka is being a part of a kapa haka group and the haka.

My least favorite part about kapa haka is how tired I get at the end. kapa haka is harder than you think. Anyway, that’s all for today see you later.

Another day another blog today my filming group and I finished filming our last few scenes of me crashing into a tree. As we were filming the wind started to pick up and the tripod went flying in the air like me and the top broke off when it landed on the ground.

My favorite part of all of this has definitely been the filming.

And my least favorite has been the planning.

Hi, today in writing I finished decorating my I am poem. My poem is about my funny and creative personality. First, we finished publishing our poem which I had finished. Then Whaea Emma printed our poem out and we had to search for different borders for our poem. then when we were done we got free time until the bell went to go to play.

My favorite part of decorating it was how I decorated it.

My least favorite part was how long it took to decorate.

Today in the third block my filming group and I started filming my green screen scene. My group topic is superpowers my superpower is flying Layla’s is super speed Ashlyn’s superpower is teleportation and Lochlan’s is living forever. My favorite part about movie making is filming my scenes and my least favorite part is planning and editing. Anyway, that’s all for today see you next time.

Today we had Paulo at 9:00 in the morning. Today we got ready for a cross country so we had to run down the court then run around the playgrounds and then around the field which felt like forever. First, we did one lap then we did Two and then we had to do three laps but instead we did one lap had a minute brake then ran again and we did that three times. After running forever we finally finished and went inside to do our writing. Anyway, that’s all for today see you later.

I am funny and creative.
I wonder what my friends think of me when I tell them a joke.
I hear my friends laughing out loud
I see a crowd of laughter
I want everyone to feel happy and joy.

I pretend I am a joker.
I feel happy when people laugh at my jokes.
I touch people’s hearts when I tell them a joke.
I worry my jokes won’t always be funny.

I understand everyone love’s my jokes but I try not to show off.
I dream of being the funniest in the school.
I try my best to make it come true but I think I have already achieved it.

Hi, today in writing I finished my I Am poem. Whaea Emma told us a story about a young boy named Antwon Rose. My favorite part about his story was the fact that he protested to try to make his life better. My least favorite part was that the police shot him for writing a poem about police shooting black people for nothing. I hope maybe in the future police will stop shooting black people.
